It’s not bad, but something feels a little off when the flavor options are this limited. I kept expecting there to be a few more choices, and it made the whole experience feel kind of underwhelming.

I really do like the coffee, but the delivery has been kind of all over the place for me. One order showed up fast, then the next one was late and I barely got any updates. It’s not the end of the world, but I don’t love being forced to just sit around and be patient when I’m waiting on something I already paid for. Good product, just a frustrating delivery experience sometimes...

I tried it once, i just don’t really get the hype. It’s a small drink for the price, and the taste was just okay, just okay. For what it costs, I expected more, so I don’t think I’d buy it again.

I thought these would be super convenient, and I guess they are in a way, but the cans are bulkier than I expected and you still have to chill them first. So yeah, not terrible, just kind of annoying if you were hoping to grab one and head out.

I actually liked the coffee at first, so I figured the subscription would be an easy way to keep it coming. But once I tried to make a change, and eventually cancel, it turned into way more of a hassle than I expected. I kept getting emails, had to click around the site trying to find the right place to manage everything, and it just felt like it should’ve been much simpler. By the end, I was more annoyed by the subscription process than impressed by the coffee. It’s not worth the trouble for me, so I won’t be ordering again.

My order showed up and everything was technically fine, but the box was banged up. One of the cans had a small dent too, though nothing leaked or anything, so I guess it worked out. Not sure if that happened during shipping or before it went out, but for the price I was expecting it to be packed a little more securely.

I was trying to get help with an order and it was frustrating. I send them a message, then waited days, and when they finally reply it didn’t really answer my question. I followed up again and it was basically the same thing, slow and not helpful. I don’t like having to chase customer service for simple stuff. Disappointing, and I’m not ordering from them again.

I ordered vanilla but ended up getting mocha instead, which was surprising since they’re not really similar. It’s a simple mistake, but it reminded me how much the little details matter when you’re looking forward to something specific

I tried using the promo code at checkout, but it wouldn’t apply, so that was disappointing. I was hoping the discount would work as advertised, and it would’ve been nice to get some reassurance that the code was valid or that someone could help fix it

Just a heads up if you’re thinking about ordering here: returning my order turned into way more of a hassle than it needed to be. It took days to get an actual response, and when they finally replied, it felt like a generic copy-and-paste answer.

I ended up having to keep chasing them just to get my refund sorted, which is ridiculous for something so basic. I won’t be ordering again, and I’d tell others to be careful unless you’re okay dealing with a drawn-out refund process.
